Fund Management & Investors

Run your fund on the same platform as your loans — investors, capital, distributions, the Investor Portal and capital raising.

📘

Add-on

Fund Management, the Investor Portal and Capital Raising are an add-on. Contact [email protected] to enable it. Setup is covered in Fund Management Setup.

If your loans are funded by a pooled fund, direct investors or a credit line, Fund Management tracks who put money in, which loans it went into, what it earned and what was paid back out — with no spreadsheet in between.

How it fits together

Investor money in → deployed into loans → borrowers pay → income accrues to investors → distributions out (or reinvested) → statements.

Fund Management sits on top of Servicing 3.0, so every dollar of interest your loans collect flows to the right fund automatically. Like servicing, it is built on a permanent double-entry ledger, so every figure reconciles to the cent.

What you can run

AreaWhat it covers
Fund typesEvergreen (open-ended, unit-based NAV, capital recycles) or closed-end (fixed pool and term). Chosen when you create the fund — it can't be switched later.
Investors & capitalInvestors and their contacts, contributions, commitments and capital calls.
Deploying into loansOn each loan, allocate funded principal across funds, investors or your balance sheet, with a rate and a capital-stack position — pari passu, senior, mezzanine or junior.
DistributionsIncome runs, return of capital, preferred-return waterfalls, and reinvestment (DRIP). You review a draft before posting; amounts are calculated, never typed.
NAV & redemptionsNAV strikes on your cadence, a redemption queue, management fees and write-downs.
ReportingFund dashboard, investor statements, and K-1 and 1099 summaries.

Day-to-day work starts from Fund Management → Command Center: the action rail records contributions, fees, distributions and capital calls; the Operations tab holds the registers to review.

Investor Portal

Investors get their own login to see their positions, statements and documents — capital balance, ownership, units and NAV or committed and called capital, year-to-date earnings and transactions. Grant access from the investor's record; each investor sees only their own positions. No more e-mailing PDFs at quarter end.

Capital Raising & Offerings

Publish an offering page for any fund and capture investor leads directly. Prospects register, review the offering and soft-commit inside the investor portal; you approve and fund commitments once escrow confirms. Offerings support Rule 506(b) and 506(c) raises, and a bad-actor attestation is required before a page goes live.
