Property Analytics & Address Lookup
Address auto-suggest everywhere, plus a full property report with comps, AVM, tax and lien history on the loan file.

Address Lookup
Start typing an address anywhere in LendingWise, pick the right suggestion, and the rest fills itself in from a property record:
- Street address and unit, kept separate
- City, state and ZIP, standardised
- County, matched to the valid counties for that state
- Bedrooms and bathrooms, where the record has them
It works across the platform, including borrower and property info, guarantors, entities, contacts and your public web forms.
Setup: one company switch, Address Lookup, in Platform Settings. A manager turns it on and it applies to everyone. There's no per-user permission and nothing to order.
TipAlways pick a suggestion rather than typing the full address, then glance at the county. A wrong county at intake becomes a wrong legal document at closing. New construction and recently split parcels may not appear; type those manually.
Property Analytics
The Property Analytics tab on the loan file pulls the full picture on a property you're lending against:

Data is saved against the file, so what an underwriter saw is what a reviewer sees later. Refresh it when you want the current position. Files with several properties let you choose which one, including properties on the borrower's schedule of real estate.
Turning on the tabProperty Analytics is a loan-file tab. Once it's enabled for your company, a manager positions it in Platform Settings → File Tab Display Order. See Loan File Tabs.
