Integrations Overview
How integrations work in LendingWise, where they are configured, and which vendors are available.
Integrations let you order credit, valuations, flood certificates, legal documents and inspections from inside the loan file. The result comes back onto the same file, so nobody re-types a borrower into a vendor portal or files a PDF by hand.
Where to find it
Every integration is configured in Platform Settings → Integration Hub (manager access). The older 3rd Party Integrations tab has been removed. On a loan file, most orders are still placed from the 3rd Party Services tab.
Every integration has three layers
| Layer | Where | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Company | Integration Hub: switch the vendor on, enter your account credentials, pick which products to offer. | A manager, once |
| 2 · User | The user's profile: grant the permission to use third-party services. | A manager, per person |
| 3 · Loan | The 3rd Party Services tab: pick vendor and product, check the pre-filled details, send. | Whoever works the file |
"It works for my colleague but not for me"The company switch is clearly on, so it is almost always layer 2: your user permission. It's a one-tick fix by whoever administers your users.

What comes back
- The response is stored on the loan file.
- Completed reports become loan documents, alongside everything else on the file.
- The order is logged: what was ordered, by whom and when.
Getting one live
- Open your own account with the vendor. You contract with them directly; LendingWise carries the order.
- Enable the vendor in the Integration Hub, enter credentials and choose only the products you use.
- Grant the permission to the specific people who should order.
- Place one order on a real file and follow it end to end before your team relies on it.
Orders usually cost moneyCredit pulls, inspections and valuations are billable with the vendor. Be deliberate about who holds the ordering permission.
What your account can use depends on your plan and your vendor contracts. Your Integration Hub screen is the accurate list for your company.
