Trinity Inspections
Order draw inspections and feasibility reviews from Trinity inside Draw Management; results land on the file.
Trinity inspects and reviews construction projects for lenders. Before closing, it tells you whether a renovation budget is realistic. During the build, it confirms how much work has actually been done, so you release the next draw on evidence rather than the borrower's word.

Report types

The screen lists the required and recommended documents for each type before you order.
Setting it up
- Contract with Trinity directly; they give you a company identifier.
- A manager enables Trinity in Platform Settings, enters the identifier and clicks Validate & Save. It's checked with Trinity before it saves.
- Draw Management must be running on the file: enabled for your company, and the property needs rehab work.
- The person ordering needs permission to manage draws.
Ordering
- In Draw Management, open Trinity Reports → Request while the draw request is still open.
- Pick the report type and check the pre-filled property, borrower and appraisal details. You can override any of them for this order only, such as a lockbox code or parcel number.
- Send. It appears under Recent Requests with its status.
- Push documents already attached to draw line items across individually or all at once, or upload a one-off.
- Use the order's comment thread to talk to Trinity.
- When the inspection is done, the report and photos arrive in the file's documents.
Overrides don't fix the fileChanging an address or phone number on a Trinity order changes only that order. If the loan file is wrong, fix the file too.
