Using the CRM features

The LendingWise platform is loaded with CRM like features to keep all your users working in a productive way. Here is a breakdown of all the CRM features:

Bulk Email Marketing

You can send bulk emails to borrowers from the main pipeline, borrower list, broker list, or even the contact list.

Automation Rules for Drip Emails, tasks, webhooks

Automate the sending of an email sequence for sales, processing or servicing purposes. Auto-create tasks or fire off webhooks based on events like loan is in a 'x' stage for 'x' days , workflow step activated, or sub status enabled.

Compose Email to any party on the loan via To, CC, bcc with attachments

Easily stay in touch with all parties to a loan borrower, co-bor, title, appraiser, inspector, attorney, etc... All emails are tracked & stored in the loan file.

E-mail Syncing

Sync all your user's SMTP settings, so that all their E-mails are tracked inside every loan, providing more transparency and what was said & when & by who. (Feature coming soon)

Calendar & Tasks List

Calendar view of all pending tasks, critical due dates like follow up dates, task due, maturity date, insurance/taxes expiration, etc... Use the task list to see just task sorted by due date or priority status. As a manager see everyone's task as needed

Click to Call

Enable your favorite dialer browser extension like ring central, Aloware, to see all the phone numbers become click to call enabled.

Sending SMS messages

When making a note in a loan file, optionally send the message via SMS. Make sure the user has a cell number entered and carrier. (In the near future you will not need a cell carrier entered)

Lead Capture via Quick App webforms

Use the quick app webform to capture hot leads that are interested din your loan products. On submission, leads can enter a nurture campaign.

Custom Sub Statuses (aka Tags)

Use sub statuses to 'tag' loan files or borrowers in the borrower list. That way you can sort by those tags and target them with email, or direct outreach.

Contact manager

The contact list will grow by itself as you create loans with contacts like appraiser, title, attorney, inspector, investors, etc...

Broker & Borrower Lists

View all your brokers & borrowers in their own list, see how many loans they are tied to, bulk email to them, tag them for special marketing campaigns, etc...

Branch & Broker Portal

Branch level accounts & brokers can access all the CRM tools to grow their business. They can even have a white labeled version under their own brand if you want. (additional cost required)

Borrower Portal

The borrower portal allows them to manage their respective loan files, upload docs, make notes, etc...
