Loan Servicing

Our fully integrated loan servicing module will help track payments, draws, late fees, default interest, investor payouts, generate mortgage statements and more. Once you are done originating a loan, you will be able to open the loan servicing 2.0 tab within the loan file.

Once inside the loan servicing tab, you will find some basic onboarding/setup related fields, ability to enter payments, see taxes/insurance info, generate statements Here is a preview:

Tracking borrower payments, draws, investor payouts will all be easily tracked under a master ledger/transaction journal. See here:
