We’re replaced the legacy Servicing 2.0 with a completely re-architected Servicing module. LendingWise has had a beta Servicing module in use for the past couple of years. That beta effort taught us a great deal, both what worked and what absolutely needed a rethink.

After careful deliberation, we've decided to retire the old Servicing 2.0 module and replace it with a completely re-architected Servicing module. This isn’t a facelift; it’s a foundational rebuild.

🛑 Important: The legacy 2.0 module will be removed upon release of the initial new Servicing launch. All active servicing will transition to the new framework.

Below is a transparent view of the Servicing roadmap as of this writing.

This phase focused on building the core architecture and user onboarding experience needed to support all future servicing functionality.
