Doc Storage (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive)
Pull files from Box, Dropbox or Google Drive straight into a loan file.
If you keep files in Box, Dropbox or Google Drive, you can pull them into a loan file without downloading and re-uploading them.
How it works
When you upload documents to a loan file, the upload window lets you pick files from Google Drive, Dropbox or Box as well as from your computer. Choose the cloud source, sign in to that service if prompted, select the files, and assign each one a document category as usual. The files are copied into the loan file alongside everything else.
One direction onlyFiles come into LendingWise from your cloud storage. LendingWise doesn't automatically copy loan documents back out to Box, Dropbox or Google Drive.
Why LendingWise usually becomes your document store
Documents arrive from many directions: your back-office team, borrowers and brokers through the quick and full applications, and the required-docs portal. Because they all land on the loan file, LendingWise ends up as the one place that holds the complete set.
To send documents to someone outside, use Compose E-mail with attachments or Sharing a Loan File.
