Sets the branch working on this loan file, replacing whichever branch
is on it now. There is no DELETE here on purpose: every loan file
belongs to a branch. You'll get a 422 if the branch you name is not
an active branch on your account.
Two other things are recorded at the same time. The loan file's
current broker is added to the new branch's list of preferred
agents, if the broker is not on it already, and a client referral is
filed for the new branch. The loan officer is left as it is — a change
of branch does not move the loan officer.
The new branch is emailed, copying the address the branch has set
for copies, but only when the branch really changes and the branch has
an email address on file. This is the same message the back office
sends. Sending the branch that is already on the loan file emails
nobody.
